Cooking with Applesauce

Applesauce comforts us. Our version is lightly sweetened with pure NYS maple syrup, making it a perfect after school treat, condiment for pork dishes, or side kick for potato pancakes or fries. We also like to layer our applesauce with granola and yogurt for breakfast, have it chilled on a hot day or warmed on a cold for a snack, or simply enjoy it as dessert.

We make all our products by hand in small batches at Nelson Farms, a food incubator and shared-use kitchen facility run by the State University of New York at Morrisville. Clicking this link will take you to our fulfillment page at the Nelson Farms Country Store.
