Cooking with Spiced Cherries
Our Spiced Cherries are NY State Montmorency, simmered with NY maple syrup and red wine from the Finger Lakes, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper. Use it with soft cheeses, pâtés, on ice cream, with roasted pork, duck, or turkey, or in drinks and smoothies.

We make all our products by hand in small batches at Nelson Farms, a food incubator and shared-use kitchen facility run by the State University of New York at Morrisville. Clicking this link will take you to our fulfillment page at the Nelson Farms Country Store.
